Project Highlights:
Atlantic Subsurface Imaging performed Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Radio Detection (RD) scanning of the 6" slab of an electrical room to map out the utilities prior to our sister company, Atlantic Concrete Cutting, sawing a trench in the slab. GPR was used first to locate targets, then RD was used to identify which lines where live electrical. Using multiple technologies, Atlantic was able to mitigate the effects of high-voltage interference, allowing them to assure complete and accurate locates.
